• To build this ship, extensive research was done using various sources such as museums, drawings, copies of original plans and photos of the actual ship.
  

Historical Significance

The ship was constructed in 1698. King Peter revised her draft himself. It was a large Russian warship of 49.2 meters in length and 45.8 meters in height, which was equipped with 50 artilleries, including 30 for 32 pounds shell, 12 for 24 pounds shell and 8 for 12 pounds shell. The ship had a draught of 9.5 meters. It was on the par with several contemporary famous warships, such as Victory of Britain and Berlin of Germany.
